I. How we collect and use your user information

(1) Information we collect and use when you use our products or services
We will only collect and use your user information for the business functions described in this policy. The purpose of collecting user information is to provide you with products or services. You have the right to choose whether to provide such information, but in most cases, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding services or respond to your questions.
When you use our services, you allow us to collect information that you voluntarily provide to us or that is necessary to provide you with services, including: general personal information such as user name, avatar, ID card number, occupation, position, mobile phone number, bank account number, third-party social account, third-party payment account, email address, educational experience, work experience, etc., as well as physical signs and medical and health-related information such as personal height, weight, gender, age, blood type, personal and family medical history, etc.

The user information we collect will be used to provide you with functions such as obtaining detection data from the toilet intelligent detection unit, consulting services related to health and medical science popularization, and health management services.

The above information you provide will be continuously authorized for our use during your use of this service.

We guarantee that we will de-identify or anonymize the collected user information in accordance with the law. Information that cannot identify a natural person's identity alone or in combination with other information is not personal information in the legal sense. If we combine non-personal information with other information to identify your personal identity, or use it in combination with your personal information, we will treat such information as your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy during the combined use period.

In order to better operate and improve our technology and services, or due to changes in business strategies, when the collection, use, and processing of user information required by the products or services we provide exceed the above scope, or when the collected user information is to be used for other purposes not specified in this privacy policy, or when the information collected for specific purposes is to be used for other purposes, we will notify you within a reasonable period after obtaining the user information or before processing the user information and obtain your authorization and consent.

(2) Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent
Please understand that in the following circumstances, in accordance with laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we may collect and use your user information without obtaining your authorization and consent:
1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
2. Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
4. Necessary to protect your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;
5. The user information collected from you is publicly disclosed by you to the public;
6. Your user information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
7. Necessary for signing or performing a contract at your request;
8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as detecting and handling faults of the software and related services;
9. Where the personal information controller is a news unit and it is necessary for carrying out legal news reporting;
10. Where academic research institutions carry out statistical or academic research for public interests, and when providing academic research results or descriptive results to the public, de-identify the personal information contained in the results.
11. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(3) Device permission calls
In the process of providing products and services, we may need to use system permissions in your device to collect relevant personal information. You can choose whether to authorize us to use your device's relevant permissions, and you can also choose to turn them off or on again even after authorization.
Please note that enabling these permissions means that you authorize us to collect and use these personal information in accordance with the provisions of this policy. Disabling the permissions means that you cancel these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect and use your these personal information, nor can we provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your authorization before.

(4) Displaying products/services
In order to provide you with services more in line with your health status, we may collect your health data, device information, log information, and other information authorized by you, extract your characteristics, and recommend content more in line with your health status based on indirect user portraits formed by characteristic labels, including but not limited to matching products/services or other information for you, sorting the products/services or other information displayed to you, sending you commercial short messages, and displaying advertisements (including personalized advertisements) to you through the system or other means. If you need to modify the sorting of recommended products/services, commercial short messages, personalized advertisements, and other displayed content, you can do so in the following ways (the following ways and related texts may be adjusted with product optimization, please refer to the page display for details):
1. Turn off the switch in "Personal Center - Settings - Precise Push" in the App;
2. You can send an email to service@synsol.cn at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

II. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your user information

(1) Sharing
We will not share your user information with any other companies, organizations, or individuals except in the following cases:
1. Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your user information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
2. We may share your user information in accordance with laws and regulations or as required by government authorities.
3. Sharing with our affiliates: Your user information may be shared with our affiliates. We will only share necessary user information, which is bound by the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If an affiliate wants to change the purpose of processing user information, it will seek your authorization and consent again.
4. Sharing with authorized partners: Some of our services will be provided by authorized partners only for the purposes stated in this policy. We may share some of your user information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your user information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share the user information necessary to provide services. In order to better operate and improve technology and services, you agree that we and authorized partners may use the collected information for other services and purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

(2) Transfer
We will not transfer your user information to any company, organization, or individual except in the following cases:
1. Transfer with explicit consent: We will transfer your user information to other parties after obtaining your explicit consent;
2. In the case of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization that holds your user information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy; otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

(3) Public disclosure

III. Your rights

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights over your user information:
(1) Access to your user information
You have the right to access your user information, except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your right to access data, you can access it by yourself in the following ways: access avatar in the upper left corner, access nickname
If you cannot access this user information through the above links, you can send an email to service@synsol.cn at any time. We will reply to your access request within 30 days.
For other user information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you as long as it does not require excessive investment from us. If you want to exercise your right to access data, please send an email to service@synsol.cn.

(2) Correction of your user information
When you find that the user information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to request us to make corrections. You can submit a correction application through the methods listed in "(1) Access to your user information". If you cannot correct this user information through the above links, you can send an email to service@synsol.cn at any time. We will reply to your correction request within 30 days.

(3) Deletion of your user information
In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your user information:
1. If our processing of user information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your user information without your consent;
3. If our processing of user information violates the agreement with you;
4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account;
5. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
We will evaluate your deletion request and, if it meets the relevant regulations, take corresponding steps to handle it. When you submit a deletion request to us, we may require you to perform identity verification to ensure account security. After you delete information from our services, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your information until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(4) Changing the scope of your authorization and consent
Each business function requires some basic user information to be completed (see "Part I" of this policy). For the collection and use of user information, you can give or withdraw your authorization and consent at any time. You can operate by yourself in the following ways: "System Settings - Privacy Settings" on Android devices; withdraw your authorization in "Settings - SYNSOL" on iOS devices.
When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding user information. Please also note that withdrawing your authorization consent may lead to certain consequences, for example, we may not be able to continue to provide you with the corresponding services or specific functions, but your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of user information based on your authorization before.

(5) User information subject cancels the account
You can cancel the account you registered at any time. You can operate by yourself in the following ways: upper left corner avatar - Settings - My Account - Current Account - Cancel Account.
After canceling the account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymize your information in accordance with your request, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. This may also cause you to lose access to the data in your account, so please operate with caution.

(6) User information subject obtains a copy of user information
When technically feasible, such as data interface matching, we can also directly transmit a copy of your user information to a third party designated by you at your request.

(7) Restricting automated decision-making by information systems
In some business functions, we may make decisions only based on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request us to explain, and we will also provide appropriate remedies.

(8) Responding to your above requests
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will respond within thirty days.
For your reasonable requests, we will not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repeated, require excessive technical means (for example, need to develop new systems or fundamentally change current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical. Please also understand that due to security considerations, requirements of relevant laws and regulations, or technical limitations, we may not be able to respond to some of your requests, such as the following circumstances:
1. Related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations by the user information controller;
2. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
3. Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. The user information controller has sufficient evidence to show that the user information subject has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
6. Necessary to protect the major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property of the user information subject or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;
7. Responding to the user information subject's request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the user information subject or other individuals or organizations;
8. Involving trade secrets.

IV. How your information is stored

In principle, the user information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will only retain your user information for the period necessary for the purposes and uses described in this policy and the shortest period stipulated by laws and regulations. After the above retention period, we will delete your user information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or for the purposes of public interests, scientific and historical research, or with your further authorization and consent, we may need to retain relevant data for a longer period.

V. How this policy is updated

Our privacy policy may change. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy. We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
For major changes, we will provide more prominent notices. Major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
1. Significant changes in our service model. Such as the purpose of processing user information, the type of user information processed, the way of using user information, etc.;
2. Significant changes in our ownership structure, organizational structure, etc. Such as changes in ownership caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy and mergers, etc.;
